Urge to eat: If you are overweight and trying to work on a healthy diet regiment, then you might consider developing a plan for what you will do rather than eating. Maybe when you get the urge you go outside for a walk or call a friend. A recent study actually showed that drawing a picture of the food can help stave off the urge to eat it. Worth a try. Make a plan and practice before you need it!
