Gas: A very small percentage of people are sensitive to soy, so this is one possible source. Even more possible are the artificial sweetners. Many of these are very difficult for the gut to digest appropriately, and can then cause your problem - gas. I'd start by eliminating them for a week and seeing if symptoms improve, then if so, very gradually add tiny amounts back and see what you can tolerate.
