Need evaluation: Diabetes, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, certain medications , low testosterone level can all cause some for form of erectile dysfunction, if he has any of the above this can explain his problems, certain medication can cause retrograde ejaculation, he may need to see a urologist for further evaluation.
