Pain After Laying: Typically bad pain after laying is coming off your back. It could be a good mattress is needed, or a change in your sleeping position. If you have no back pain, you may be developing a bulging disc that only irritates the sciatic nerve when laying. Definitely get your nerves evaluated by a neurologist or physiatrist. Dr rich blake.
