Might it be possible that a a sinus arrhythmia cause syncopal episodes?

Sinus arrhythmia: Sinus arrhythmia would generally not cause any symptoms let alone syncope. The rhythm implies a normal rate but irregular sinus rhythm. This would have no reason to be associated with syncope.
