Expected outcomes...: If symptoms persist w/ >6 wks of diligent rehab & compliance w/ conservative treatment, a more aggressive treatment, such as surgery, may be required.. This arthroscopic outpatient procedure usually allows for a return to daily living activities within 2-6 wks. A full recovery can be long & arduous, but excellent results are achieved >80%... Sounds like tendonit: Tendinitis. I would consider some Ibuprofen or similar medication according to the label. You may want to see an orthopedic surgeon who could properly evaluate you and provide a prescription for that and possibly therapy. This usually will resolve the problem. Thank you.
