Unlikely: Pinched neck nerves can cause ear, posterior scalp, side of neck, shoulder, and arm pain. Pain in the eye and face come from the trigeminal nerve which has three divisions. 1 goes to the eye, temple, and forehead/top of head, 2 from upper lip to lower eye lid and side of face (maxilla) and 3 from lower lip to chin and side of lower jaw. There are pain syndromes that affect this nerve.
