Breast cancer: I suspect you're referring to breast cancer. At this point, the best next step is to consult oncologist as he may suggest further steps. You may need medication or you may need surgery and medication. There are other factors that play determining role in treatment selection such as tumor size, its spread, lymph node involvement, certain gene or/and receptor presence.
