You have hepatitis B and have had hepatitis E, which also might be active. You need tests to determine how active your HBV infection is, whether it is causing liver inflammation or damage, whether you are infectious for other persons, and whether treatment is recommended. You should be in the care of a hepatologist (liver expert) and/or infectious diseases specialist. Good luck.
