Diagnosed with14cm spleen 7/1/13 i've been having mildly sharp intermittent pain under left rib cage. how do i know when to go toer this can't ruptur!

Enlarged spleen: The spleen normally doesn't hurt when enlarged. A 14 cm spleen doesn't appear to be significantly enlarged if measured by ultrasound. If you have no other symptoms or findings on the diagnostic test, i would not be too worried about it.
