Confusing : You were told it was a low attenuating lesion? Generally not the term physicians use when telling patients results of CT or MRI scans. Usually the terms used are cysts or lesions or masses. Whether it needs further evaluation or not. More info would be helpful. However lesions of the spleen aren't common and usually are benign. You may want to ask your doctor for more info.
