My toddler fell on a stool and landed on the left side near her lower ribs...should i be worried about a ruptured spleen?

Ruptured Spleen: It usually takes quite a hit to cause such internal bleeding and falling off a kid stool should not be so forceful. Please see if anything more than a bruise, if large bruise or more pain lower abdomen than you would think or extreme tiredness, then take to ER

Need more info: how long since fall, syncope,ongoing pain, abd tenderness. may need ed visit and ct abd.
