See doctor for test: Reactive hypoglycemia or postprandial hypoglycemia, recurrent episodes of symptomatic hypoglycemia, within 4 hours after high carbohydrate meal in people who do not have diabetes.Thought to represent a consequence of excessive Insulin release triggered by the carbohydrate meal but continuing past the digestion and disposal of glucose from meal.Eating small meals helps. Dr. Rule out other causes.
