I woke up light headed and am still light headed a few hours later. i too some allergy meds last night, but if these are side effects, should the meds still be causing them 15+ hours later? i feel fine, i'm just dizzy, light headed.

Lightheadedness: Some antihistamine medications can last 24 hours. The lightheadedness may be due to other factors however like congestion from your allergies, low blood pressure, anemia,slow heart rate,inner ear problems,etc. See your physician if symptoms don't resolve.
