Surgery: Fastest way to lose weight is either bariatric or plastic surgery. Aside from that, you're looking at losing 1-2 pounds/wk w/good nutrition & regular exercise. Of course, you can step it up like contestants on nbc's biggest loser, but don't forget that they've turned weight loss into their 8-5 job under careful tutelage of nutritionists, personal trainers & physicians. Go see your family doc first.

Low Carb Ketogenic: Diet is a safe way to lose weight fairly rapidly. Basically have 2-4 oz of protein with each meal, no starch or sugar (only green veggies and berries and melons) as your source of carb and plant and fish based fat and your should be able to lose the weight. If you count your calories, keep it below 1200 kcal/day. . For exercise best is spinning and circuit training as well as yoga, pilates.
