Valium but PVCs>>ER!: Valium is more likely to cause feelings of lethargy and fatigue but I am concerned about your pvcs which should be evaluated urgently.

Valium & Accutane: Pvc's are not likely to be directly caused by these medicines, but valium can definitely cause sleepiness. Accutane can also cause depression and fatigue. Anemia has been reported in 10-20% of people taking accutane. If you do have anemia and it's severe enough, heart arrhythmia could conceivably develop. Please get to er for pvc's.
