Not .. .generally...: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, Gastritis (irritation of the stomach) is generally characterized by discomfort in the stomach. BUT if there is chronic blood loss, it would cause fatigue.

Indirectly maybe: While fatigue is not a common early symptom of garden variety gastritis, some more rare kinds of gastritis or even the treatments for gastritis can lead to vitamin B12 deficiency due to lack of Intrinsic factor normally produced in a healthy stomach. PPI's like pantoprazole may not be good for B12 levels long term. Also if you are losing blood from the gastritis it could make your tired.
