It is ok: Morning sickness does not last forever...And many women do not have it at all. You may just be having a marvelous pregnancy. When you are scared it is best to contact your OB doc and make an appt. If it is early enough they can do ultrasound and see the heartbeat. And generally after 4 months you can feel movement.
