Probably so: Severe repetitive vomiting typically brings up bile-green-colored vomitus. Seek a medical attention if infant continues to vomit, specially projectile or bilious nature.

Once in a while: Yes, sometime a baby can vomit up bile, but nit becomes a problem if it is continuous.
