Not really: Sometimes stress, electrolyte abnormalities, lack of sleep can cause frequent pvcs. They are not uncommon in otherwise healthy subjects but most people do not feel them.

Not dangerous: No pvcs aren't dangerous without heart disease. Everybody has some. Just scary whether felt as skips or extra beats. Skips are from an unfelt extra beat followed after a short delay by the next normal beat , which is more forceful and also exagerrated by a sense of emptiness in the noticeable delay.
