Yes: A complete echo should include rv wall thickness, right sided abnormalities however are frequently missed on 2d-echocardiogram unless you are looking for them.

Echo: A routine echocardiogram measures the chambers and valves and other parameters, rv dilation or hypertrophy is part of the routine evaluation if adequate images are obtained.
