This EKG indicates that the left ventricle, the chamber that pumps blood to the whole body, is enlarged by a muscle thickness. The left axis deviation is an electrical result of the enlarged ventricle as is the repolarization and potentially ST abnormality (that may or may not be related, depending on location). An echo will determine how enlarged it is and how well it is pumping blood. Good luck!
