Depression: If your psychologist changed your diagnosis to severe he or she may feel you are more depressed than he or she initially thought. Ask your therapist for clarification as to why he or she made the change, it was most likely based on something you expressed or maybe the test results indicated a more severe depression. Be honest about your concerns and therapy will be more successful.
