Yes: Yes that is a symptom of anxiety. There are treatment options available. There is no reason for you to just live with anxiety. You should see a doctor as there are medications that can help you. You can also be referred to a therapist who can teach you coping techniques. You can also search amazon for books that teach you how to cope or treat your anxiety.
