No reason to die: From your note, there's no reason to think you'll die - or even that green tea did damage to your brain. You certainly have become quite anxious and hypervigilant and that's a good way to work yourself into panic over physical sensations. Be with someone you trust. Let them know your worries. If necessary go to an ER or urgent care for reassurance. Start CBT therapy for anxiety mgmt. Best!
