My 7 month old sometimes will cry in his sleep in the middle of the night then go back to sleep.. why does he do this?

Dreaming: Sometimes children are dreaming...Reenacting their days and may cry out. Sometimes it may be a little gas that moves on... Maybe it is teething discomfort that bothers him but does not wake him up. No matter what it is, as long as he goes back to sleep and there are not other problems it is considered normal.
