Gut issues: Discuss this with your pediatrician. Things that cone to mind are #1 diet...If you are breastfeeding are you drinking milk or eating dairy (it is very irritating to the guts of infants). If you are formula feeding maybe he has a problem with it. Maybe he has reflux that wakes him at night. You will feel better if you are seen.
