A member asked:

I have exercise induced asthma, and take meds for it. i have been running a lot and been significantly more tired than usual. is this to be expected?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: Your exercise tolerance can definitely vary depending on how well controlled your asthma symptoms are. For example, increasing pollen counts or a superimposed head or chest cold can make your symptoms worse. Any significant symptom change should be reassessed by your physician to make sure there is no new problem developing or no change that should be made to your treatment regimen.
