I'm on propranolol daily. i noticed when i have ekg done when i take the med my pr interval is under 110 but when i skip it it's 120 (norm) why?

Not significant: Propanolol can make your pr interval longer, not the other way around, but a small variation in pr interval from 110 to 120 milliseconds is not significant and you should not be worried about it if your ekg otherwise is normal without what is called a delta wave.
