I suffer from health anxiety. im on propranolol 10mg twice a day. recently i was worried about atrial fibrillation, no symptoms. my question if i get an ekg will it show if i have it, even though i take the beta blocker?

Yes, if having an arrhythmia, such as a fib at the time the test is performed that will show as such regardless of meds being chronically taken.Your anxiety will need to be addressed in the interim.
