Seek ED F/U: You should seek an emergency room follow-up to evaluate your condition further. At least you know you have a probable fibroid, and that in and of itself may be causing you some pain. Discuss your symptoms further with your dr upon follow-up and get the condition evaluated further. Best wishes.

I presume you had a: Pelvic ultrasound done showing uterine fibroids . Ovarian cyst would show up on the ultrasound if it's positive. Uterine cancer is uncommon among young women unless there's a strong family of it. It usually presents with excessive vaginal bleeding.Bloating could be gastrointestinal in origin. Follow up with your gyn or pcp for any concerns. Best wishes!
