Nutrition & exercise: One way to lose weight: healthy nutrition & regular exercise. Avoid prepared, processed, fast foods. Avoid high calorie, low nutrition foods. Eat proper serving sizes. Soft drinks are notorious offenders of all these "rules". Don't forget physical activity. Moving thumbs playing video games doesn't count (although jumping up & down to replicate some dance maneuvers is a start). Go see your doc 1st.
