See a doctor: Approximately 3% to 40% COVID infected patients may present with GI symptoms. Currently, there is still no effective treatment approved for COVID-19. Most disease related symptoms are managed symptomatically. Bring your mother to see a doctor for evaluation and to rule out any other causes.

Agree with Drs F&W: Protect yourself by wearing a mask, sanitising your hand often and keeping at a safe distance from your parents. If either of them develops breathing difficulty, call an ambulance to have them transported to a hospital.
