Many possible causes: Mastodynia, breast pain could result from dilated ducts and low grade inflammation. Low caffiene, avoid smoking, evening primrose oil (herbal therapy) and proper rest can help. An ultrasound and visit with a breast surgeon can evaluate for a pappilloma that can cause bleeding nipples, but you must rule out a more serious cause.
