See below: I am assuming that you have been on Methotrexate for some time. If that is the case and your diarrhea and nausea are new, it may not be the methotrexate. You could have an infection or something else going on. Call your doctor for an evaluation.

Depends on the Dx.: Methotrexate by injection usually causes less nausea than the oral tablets, since your are already on the injections, your only options may be to see if your problem can be controlled by a lower dose of mtx or switching to another kind of medication.
