Be seen: Mention it to your obstetrician at your next visit. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is always safe in pregnancy, and nsaids like Ibuprofen are safe in the 2nd trimester. Either would help, as well as hot showers or baths.

Common pain: These kind of pains are common in second trimester, position of the baby and the way your uterus sits are the main causes. These pains are usually benign. Changing positions even while standing or sitting can help.
