Gluten Sensitivity?: The easiest way to test this as a food sensitivity is to eliminate one of two major culprits for indigestion. Are you eating a lot of wheat (including beer) in the late afternoon, dinner and evening? Try not eating any wheat and see if you are symptom-free. If not, try dairy the next day. If you have wheat or dairy sensitivity, you will need to stay away from it 90% of the time.
