Pericarditis: It can be msuckuloskeletal or it can be inflammation of the pericadium of teh heart. Sometimes it is viral and inflammatory. Rarely, it cab be attruibuted to connective tiisues diseases. You should see your doctor for more answers.

Chest pain: The symptom you describe sounds like a musculoskeletal related symptom and is unlikely to be heart related. If it causes you frequent problems, you should get checked out for diagnosis and treatment.
