No: They do not detect pregnancies that early. In fact, we never want to detect normal pregnancies with ct as we don't want to needlessly irradiate the baby. We sometimes perform ct in pregnant patients when the risks and benefits are understood.

No: No, not until much later. However, even if it were possible, a ct scan should not be given in pregnancy if possible (especially early pregnancy) due to potentially harmful radiation effects to the embryo or fetus. In fact, nearly all centers will screen a woman of child bearing age with a blood test before ordering a ct scan to prevent this. I hope this helps answer your question.

No - only blood test: At 5 days. Ultrasound is the best test for screening pregnancy. You never want to perform a ct scan on a normal pregnancy, due to possible damage to the fetus by the ionizing radiation from ct.
