It depends: There is no increased radiation exposure to the fetus unless there is direct radiation to the pelvis, i.e. a pelvic CT. If you had a pelvic CT, then any theoretical cancer/teratogenic risk to the fetus is related to the stage of pregnancy and the radiation dose.
