Xanx: You need to worry about several things , from stopping the medicine abruptly to taking high dose xanax (alprazolam) to drinking. Please talk to your doctor first.

Xanax (alprazolam) 25mg?: I am sure you mean xanax (alprazolam) 0.25mg, as 25 mg is a wopper of a dose. Do not mix xanax (alprazolam) and alcohol as both act on the same receptor in the brain giving an additive effect with adverse reaction.
