Naltrexone: You might see response as early as a few days but it could take up to a couple weeks to begin seeing the effect. It could take a month or two to obtain the full benefit. If you are having issues with craving in the meantime, consider getting ear acupuncture. It is powerful in blocking cravings.

Naltrexone starts ..: Working by the end of the first day you take it. However, you should not expect it to "cure cravings". It should help reduce the number and intensity of your cravings to the point where your recovery program will be able to deal with the remaining urges. You are working a recovery program with meetings, counseling and therapy, aren't you?
