Possible Gastritis: When pain occurs with hunger it could be gastritis or gastric ulcer. May improve with antiacids, frequent small meals , quitting smoking and avoiding nsaids and alcohol.

Hello, I have been having stomach issues off and on for a few years now however it has gotten much worse the last couple months.
