Uncommon: Bilateral enlargement has several causes more often benign than malignant, ( including lymphoma ) , you need to see your doctor to find out the cause and treat you.

You need a physical: A good medical exam is the best way to find out the cause of swelling in your 'parotid glands'. There are more than one reasons for it to come up. There are lymph nodes there which can be affected by various medical conditions. But it can also be disease affecting the parotid gland itself. So go and get checked by an internist or an ENT specialist.
