ER or urgent care: Lacerations can be repaired in an emergency room and in most urgent care centers. Certain physician offices also have the necessary tools for laceration repair.

Agree with previous: Recommendations for er or acute care. Don't forget your tetanus shot if it has been > 10 years since your last shot or you don't remember.
