How much should i get off work due to tendon laceration?

Tendon laceration: Recovery from tendon injuries varieus greatly with the type of injury in question. Flexor tendons need more time to recover and more extensive hand therapy than extensor tendons. In general, most patients should expect a minimum of 3 weeks before they can return to work. In some cases, several weeks are needed before adequate therapy can do its job.

Depends: Time off work mainly depends on the type of work you do. Many people can return to work within a week or two. If your job requires significant work with the hands than you may need more time off.
