Physiologic?: Assuming that your doctors have performed a pelvic exam, a sonogram of the pelvis. If there advice was simply to watch and wait, then odds are your cyst is "physiologic" meaning that there is a cyst present but it is simply part of ovulation and cycling and should go away without producing any significant problems over any significant length of time. If no sonogram or pelvic exam=get this done.
