A member asked:

Can you have muscle degeneration without weakness ? in arms and legs ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Early, yes-Later, no: But again, what's the cause of the muscle degeneration? If you're working out hard and are poorly hydrated, you could get muscle breakdown and degeneration, and rhabdomyolysis can be very serious. See a good doctor and get a diagnosis.
