Silver filling: They generally leak slowly over time and more so after the first two years even if they look fine according to research. As to harmful-in my opinion no unless you are allergic to non precious metals. In future try to wait until after the first trimester; check with your obgyn.

Don't worry: NOT HARMFUL. they may leak around their margins in time, but change is minimal and safe to the tooth. Mercury is bound to the silver, so amount leached out is safe. Ask the healthy children of mothers with silver fillings. I have silver fillings that are more than 60 years old. Every medicine has side effects. The sid3 effects from silver fillings are not a problem for you or your baby.
