What can be done about sub fertility?

Depends: Depends on the cause. Most women are sub fertile (ie have a hard time getting pregnant but eventually do) and not sterile (will never get pregnant without a procedure (donor eggs tubal reversal) a work up with a physician to determine the cause will be best.
